How to Search for Candidates Based on Your Hiring RequirementsIn this video, we will explore how to search for candidates based on your hiring requirements.Step 1: Log in to Your Recruiter AccountOnce logged into your recruiter account, navigate to the search page to begin.Step 2: Enter KeywordsEnter the keywords into the search box. For example, let's search for a UI developer with experience in React.js. Enclose multi-word keywords in double quotes for more accurate results.Step 3: Type Mandatory KeywordsType mandatory keywords in the provided field. In this example, use React.js as a mandatory keyword for the search.Step 4: Select Search SectionSelect the section in which you want to search for keywords. Choose options like Search in Profile, Attached Resume, Skills, Title, and Designation. In this example, select Search within Profile.Step 5: Apply FiltersChoose the filters you wish to apply for the search. For instance, select Singapore as the location. Click on the Apply button to confirm the location filter settings.Step 6: Apply Company FilterIf looking for candidates from a specific organization, apply the company filter. Explore the Smart Insights tab for additional filtering options.Step 7: Initiate SearchClick the Search button to start the search with the specified criteria. Results for UI developers will be displayed, grouped into all, registered, and sourced categories.Step 8: Check SynonymsClick on the Synonyms drop-down to view synonyms used in the search. Exclude specific synonyms if desired by selecting them individually or clicking Exclude All.Step 9: Save SearchClick on the Save Search button to save the current search. Modify the keywords by clicking on Modify Search if needed.Step 10: Refine Search ResultsNavigate to Find Within Results to add additional skills and keywords. Refine the search with filters like experience.
