Exploring Registered and Sourced Profiles on FoundIt

Hello. We are continuously innovating to assist you in finding the right talent. In this video, we will explore the registered and sourced profiles on FoundIt.

Search for Candidates

1. Once logged into your recruiter login, click on the Search tab to begin.
2. Type your search query into the keyword search box. For instance, in this case, let's search for candidates with skills in .NET and .NET Developer.
3. Apply the location filter by clicking on the Location filter. In this example, let's select Singapore from the Location drop-down menu as the desired location.
4. Click on the Search button to execute the search with the selected criteria.

Understanding Profile Categories

In the search results page, you'll be presented with options to find candidates who are registered and sourced. The profiles are categorized into:

• All: Presents a comprehensive view blending profiles from both registered and sourced categories.
• Registered: Access registered resumes of candidates who have actively signed up and maintained updated profiles on FoundIt.
• Sourced: Profiles collected from diverse external platforms, expanding your reach to tap into the passive candidate pool.

Additional Information

Smart Insights are available for both registered and sourced profiles, providing valuable information. The Refreshed on date for sourced profiles indicates when the information was last refreshed on FoundIt.
