How to Use the New Search Form for Job Search

Step 1: Accessing the Search Form

Click on the Search drop-down menu in the navigation bar to access the search form.

Step 2: Switching to the New Form Layout

On the landing page, select the Switch to New Form button to change the search form layout. You can switch back to the old form at any time.

Step 3: Entering Job Details

  • Type in the desired job role in the Designation/Job Role search field.
  • Select the job role from the drop-down suggestions.
  • Enter specific skills in the Skills search field, such as Java, CSS, HTML, or AJAX.

Step 4: Company Preferences

Click on the Company Name, Phone, Email field and start typing to select preferred organizations like Accenture or IBM.

Step 5: Designating Mandatory Skills

Click on the star icon next to a skill to designate it as mandatory, for example, CSS or JavaScript.

Step 6: Executing the Search

Click the Search button to execute the search with the updated criteria.

Step 7: Refining Search Results

On the Search Results page, explore the Synonyms heading and Expanded Synonyms section for additional options.

Step 8: Customizing Search

Choose All, Registered, or Sourced profiles to customize your search. Sourced profiles are sourced from public platforms.

Step 9: Browsing Profiles

Browse through the profiles of hand-picked organizations to find suitable job opportunities.
